Built for Malaysian players, powered by trust. Learn who we are, what drives us, and why hundreds of thousands of players across Malaysia choose 1918kiss as their home for online casino and sports betting.
1918kiss was founded with a clear purpose: to give Malaysian players a genuinely secure, fair, and enjoyable online gaming experience. When we launched, the online casino landscape in Malaysia was dominated by platforms that either lacked local payment options or offered poor customer support. We set out to fix that.
From day one, 1918kiss was designed with the Malaysian player in mind. That meant integrating local payment infrastructure — FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — so depositing and withdrawing felt as natural as making a purchase on a Malaysian e-commerce platform. It meant offering customer support in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, staffed around the clock. And it meant building a game library that resonated with local tastes: live baccarat, Sic Bo, fishing games, slot titles with Southeast Asian themes, and competitive sportsbook odds for EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, and UFC.
Today, 1918kiss serves over 500,000 registered players across every state in Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya to Penang, Johor Bahru, and Kota Kinabalu. Our platform has grown, but our founding values have not changed: transparency, player safety, and an unwavering commitment to fair gaming.
1918kiss launched with an initial library of 120 slot and table games, focused exclusively on the Malaysian market. FPX integration was live from day one.
We expanded into live dealer games and sports betting, adding full coverage of EPL fixtures and Mix Parlay options — quickly becoming a favourite among Malaysian football fans.
Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and DuitNow were integrated — giving Malaysian players instant deposit and withdrawal options they were already comfortable with.
Our six-tier VIP programme — Bronze through Royal Black Diamond — went live, rewarding long-term players with cashback, dedicated managers, and exclusive tournaments.
1918kiss crossed the 500,000 registered player mark and expanded the game library to 1,200+ titles across slots, live dealer, sports, crash games, and fishing games.
To deliver a world-class online casino and sports betting experience that Malaysian players can trust completely — with transparent odds, fast verified payouts, and genuine responsible gambling support built into the platform from the ground up.
We measure success not just in player numbers, but in player satisfaction: how quickly your withdrawal arrives, how responsive our support team is at2am, and whether you feel heard when you raise a concern. These metrics matter more to us than flashy promotions.
To become the most trusted and recommended online gaming platform among Malaysian players — not through aggressive advertising, but through consistent delivery on every promise we make: fair games, fast payouts, and a support team that genuinely cares.
We envision a future where every 1918kiss player, whether they're a casual punter placing a weekend EPL Mix Parlay or a high-volume VIP at the Diamond tier, feels equally valued and equally protected by the platform they've chosen to trust.
Six principles that guide every decision at 1918kiss — from platform architecture to player support.
Every account is protected by256-bit SSL encryption and two-factor authentication. Our payment channels are segregated and audited independently. Player funds are never mixed with operational funds.
All game outcomes at 1918kiss are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs). We do not modify RTP values or manipulate game results. Published RTP figures are independently verified and updated regularly.
We hold 99.7% uptime across the year. Our servers are distributed to minimise latency for Malaysian players, whether you're in Bangsar, Johor Bahru, or Kuching. Fast connections mean seamless live dealer and in-play sports betting.
We partner exclusively with licensed international game studios and payment processors that meet our security and fairness standards. We do not work with providers who cannot demonstrate regulatory compliance.
Responsible gambling is not a footnote at 1918kiss — it is embedded in our platform architecture. Deposit limits, session reminders, self-assessment tools, and self-exclusion options are accessible directly from every player's account dashboard. We strictly enforce the 21+ age requirement and reserve the right to close any account we believe belongs to a minor.
Unlike platforms that treat Malaysia as an afterthought, 1918kiss was designed from the ground up for local players. Local payment rails, local language support, local sports coverage — Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and Malaysian-relevant UFC cards — and a team that understands the local gaming culture.
One of the most common frustrations Malaysian players face with international casino platforms is payment friction — limited local options, slow processing, and unclear fee structures. 1918kiss was built to eliminate all of that.
We support the full spectrum of Malaysian payment methods. FPX connects directly to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and AmBank so you can fund your account instantly from your existing online banking. DuitNow transfers are accepted24 hours a day, including public holidays. E-walets — Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay — process deposits in seconds and withdrawals in as little as five minutes. For players who prefer privacy and speed, we also accept major cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, USDT, and BNB.
All deposit and withdrawal channels are monitored continuously. Transactions are processed by our in-house finance team supported by automated fraud detection — meaning genuine player payouts are never delayed by unnecessary manual review.
Fair gaming is not a marketing claim at 1918kiss — it is an operational standard enforced at every level of our platform.
All slot and table game outcomes are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that cannot be influenced by the platform, the studio, or any third party. Outcomes are statistically random on every spin and deal.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published and accessible in each game's information panel. We do not allow studios to modify RTP values below their stated rates. High-RTP titles are clearly labelled for informed players.
Our platform undergoes periodic independent technical audits covering game outcome integrity, payout accuracy, and data security. Audit summaries are retained and available to regulatory authorities upon request.
Know Your Customer (KYC) verification protects all players from identity fraud and ensures winings reach their rightful owner. Our automated and manual fraud detection systems run continuously to flag suspicious activity before it affects genuine players.
1918kiss provides built-in deposit limits, session time alerts, self-assessment questionnaires, and self-exclusion options accessible from every player's account. We enforce a strict 21+ age requirement. If gambling is causing difficulties, please visit our Responsible Gambling page for support resources. For players aged 21 and above only.
A great platform is only as good as its game selection. At 1918kiss, we've curated a library of over 1,200 titles spanning every major category that Malaysian players love — from high-variance progressive slots to immersive live dealer rooms where real croupiers run authentic baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo sessions around the clock.
Our sportsbook covers EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, UFC, boxing, e-sports, and more — with competitive Asian Handicap lines and full Mix Parlay functionality. For players who prefer quick-fire action, our crash game and instant game catalogue offers provably fair entertainment with rounds completing in under 60 seconds.
Asian-focused fishing games and culturally relevant slot titles are stocked for players who prefer familiar themes. Every game on1918kiss is sourced from licensed international studios and tested for RNG integrity before going live. We rotate new titles into the library monthly, so there's always something fresh to explore.
Support is one area where many online platforms cut corners. At 1918kiss, it's one of the things we invest in most heavily.
Our live chat team is staffed around the clock — including Malaysian public holidays. Average first-response time is under 90 seconds. Agents are trained to resolve account, payment, and technical issues on first contact wherever possible.
For detailed or non-urgent enquiries — KYC document review, account history requests, or bonus dispute escalations — our email support team responds within 4 hours during standard operating hours. Contact: [email protected]
All support channels are staffed by agents who are fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. You'll never be forced to communicate in a language that isn't yours just to get your issue resolved.
1918kiss strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players. We conduct KYC verification on all accounts and reserve the right to close accounts belonging to anyone under the age of 21 and void any associated winings.
Online gambling is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment. If you or someone you know is experiencing difficulties related to gambling, support is available.
